Our standard hire period is 4 days. Extended 8-day hires are also available for an additional fee, depending on the dress selected.
What happens if I return late?
A $40 per day late fee applies.
Do I need to clean the dress?
No — cleaning is included.
What if the dress doesn’t fit?
We recommend selecting your size carefully. Refunds are not offered for fit issues.
What if I damage the dress?
You may be charged for repair or replacement.
What if my order is delayed?
We use reliable services like Australia Post, but delays can occasionally occur. We recommend booking early.
